By choosing to commission me, you have agreed to the following terms.

1. I reserve the right to refuse any offer(s) for any reason, and to cancel
the commission at any time, for any reason.
2. I reserve the right to post any of my own artwork wherever I choose. This
includes your commission(s), regardless of the content or finished percentage.
If asked nicely though, I will generally respect your wishes and keep said commission(s)
private.*
3. I reserve teh right to make prints of any of my artwork. If, however, it
is your commission, I will ask permission first and generally, I will respect
your wishes.
4 . You are never allowed to do the following: copy, trace,
republish, alter, reproduce, sell, or claim my artwork as your own. This applies
to both on and off the internet.
5 . You may do the following with written permission: repost
my artwork on your own webspace with credits clearly stated.
If you have commissioned a piece, then this applies automatically. This also
applies to selected line art—ask me before coloring, please.
6 . You may do the following without written permission: print
and save my artwork for your own personal enjoyment/use.
*This does mean, however, that you are responsible for holding onto images of
the final product. I am prone to technological malfunctions, so I am not to
be held responsible in any way if I cannot supply a copy of the image after
the transaction has been completed and you have already received a copy and/or
the original image.
1. You may cancel any commission(s) at any time. I will refund your money without dispute if you choose to cancel before I begin the commission. If, however, I have already started, then I will keep part of the payment [the amount depend on what stage the commission is already at] and refund the rest.
2. I will refund your money if I, for whatever reason, cannot complete or choose not to complete the commission.
3. If I don't hear from you at all within 60 days of having started the commission, or having been proposed the commission, I will assume that you are no longer interested and will cancel it myself. I will refund your money (if possible/applicable) on the 60th day, unless you contact me with some explanation and request to resume or cancel the commission. Please note, however, that dropping off the face of the planet in the middle of a commission will put you on my blacklist and I will most likely never accept another commission from you again unless you provide a reasonable explanation.
5. I will not refund your money if you are not satisfied with the result. I feel that the commission process gives for more than ample opportunities to ensure that the artwork is to your satisfaction. This is a common scam, and only in place so that I may protect myself.
6. I will not compensate you for the difference, once your commission is completed, if my prices change in the future.
|::LOST ORIGINALS::|
1. Lost items not reported within two months
of my notice of mailing will not be compensated for.
2. If an original has been lost, I will provide you with a print+free shipping.
I will not withdraw it, unless you formally commission me agian for the same
piece. This is because I have already done the work, and you should have a high
resolution scan.
3. If a traditional badge has been lost, then I will either draw something of
equivalent value for you of your choice or give you a 50-75% discount on another
badge, depending on my own situation.
4. If the missing item shows up, I will not require you to return any compensation
I have given to you for the piece.
